Dramatisation of operations of naval photographic interpretation team on island in Pacific ocean

Inside home, housewife serving husband breakfast, husband reads in paper that Johnson boy they know now takes pictures for army in South Pacific. Couple donÕt understand how photography helps war effort.

Alert sounds off in encampment barracks, Johnson boy and others not in uniform. Phone call for Johnson.   Man talks next to pinup on wall.  Johnson analyses aerial photograph to reveal Japanese troops are constructing airstrip on an island. Interrupted by bombing, run outside, explosions. Soldiers look out from hiding.
