US Army rocket belt uncovered and seen in CU.  Employees and others behind ropes at Pentagon.  Military VIPs seated.  Harold aka Hal Graham helped into Aerojet-General's SRLD (Small Rocket Lift Device) by two men (probably Chief Engineer Ed Ganczak & Crew Chief 'Bear' Kreutinger.  Helmet fitted, rocket fired and slowly rising and over government olive green sedan.  Two men in Revolutionary War uniforms beside him get explanation.  Graham takes ear plugs out.  Civilians w/ movie & still cameras taking picture as Army VIPs comes up to shake hands.
Note:  two flights were made at The Pentagon that day, this is the morning flight.
